Sts Constantine and Helena resort is situated 8 km north of Varna in a splendid area with lovely scenery and is the oldest Bulgarian resort at the Black Sea. Being small and abscured, it offers excellent conditions for rest in silence and peace. The whole region is covered by perennial deciduous forest which stretches almost to the sea. The beach line is spread over 55 000 sq.m with fine sand. One of the most significant prerequisites for the development of the complex is the 7 natural spings with a water temperature varying from 40 to 60 degrees.
In the resort there are tennis court, playgrounds, a football ground and outdoor swimming pools with mineral water. In the territory of the complex there are two yacht ports, four quays, a breakwater and a pier. One of the yacht ports is situated in the Sunny Day Resort and the other port is by Grand Hotel Varna. The small ships carrying passengers on a short trip along the coast cast their anchors on the quay in front of the pool with mineral water.
